Grace and Peace Missionary Fellowship
Grace and Peace began in 1985 when Bill Rumple took his first mission trip to Haiti. After that initial trip, he traveled back and forth to Haiti for more than 10 years. In 1998, Bill went across the border of Haiti into the Dominican Republic to see what the needs were there. In 1999, he sold his business in the U.S., and began building the mission house in the Dominican Republic. In January of 2000, Bill moved his family there to work full time.
Over the last 15 years, G&P developed a Children's Education Program where 275 children are enrolled, a Widow Program where 105 widows and widowers are fed both spiritually and physically, a Farming Project which takes place on their 45-acre farm there, planted one church, built a medical clinic and organized a clean water distribution program. Grace and Peace has been spreading the Word of God through each organized program. |
